There’s a lot to takeaway from new artists in the music industry. Each artist brings their own thoughts, lyrics, and creative process with them. In 2020, we’ve seen some incredible new artists take the spotlight through social media and a sudden burst of attention. An artist who is heavily worthy of said attention is Buster Moe.
Buster Moe is an up-and-coming artist who’s amassed almost 4,000 followers on his Instagram account. With numbers growing by the day, his streams have been increasing as well. Recently, Buster Moe released a new drop titled “You & I.” Initially, my mind went to the popular Galantis song “Runaway (U & I),” yet after listening I realized how different these songs were.
When I listened to “You & I” for the very first time, my breath was taken aback. As a hip-hop writer and content creator, I never would have expected that I would care for a song like this. Yet, I find myself listening to it over and over again. To describe “You & I” in words is a little difficult, as I can’t quite pin-point how to verbalize a masterpiece such as this.
