In case you haven’t heard, Atlanta-Native, Duka, has been recently taking off in the music scene. With new found success comes questions. What makes Duka an artist worthy of success? Simple. His versatility and melodic flow over a beat are attributes enough to answer that question.
Speaking of versatility and melodic flow, Duka’s recent song “Broken” has seen numbers that he's is used to by this point. Putting up an impressive 20,000 views on Youtube alone in under two weeks, it’s clear to see that people are starting to take notice of what Duka has been up to. It doesn’t end there though. Spotify and Apple Music have also taken on the listing of “Broken,” where bolstering numbers for a fledgling artist can also be found.
“Broken” doesn’t feel like just another song. The music video (linked below) tells a story about caring for someone… a simple tale that we can all relate to in one way or another. If you’re into fantastic music with a great storylined visual, this is the song for you. However, I’m more so excited to see what his future projects entail.
