We're products of our environment. I'm sure you've heard that phrase many times before. And to a great extent, the aforementioned is true. Our experiences and daily surroundings sculpt who we are as human beings. One of the key components of our upbringing involves the people around us. Who inspired you? Who motivated you? Who taught you lessons? Anyone who knows me, know knows my father is an immense influence of mine, and for Dustin Hill, the same is true with he and his Dad. That connection is relatable, and is one of the reasons I quickly gravitated towards Dustin'a journey. "My father was the person who initially introduced me to music when I was around 6 years old and It has been the main focus of my life ever since." Dustin said.
Dustin Hill is a 20 year-old artist and producer from West Palm Beach, Florida, who over the last few years, has managed to amass 1,000,000+ streams on SoundCloud alone. He attributes his streaming success to his "patience" and "consistency." Not only does he have a gage on the artistic side of music, but also the sonic technicalities. Dustin also engineers, mixes, and masters his own work.
During Dustin's time of studying and playing classical percussion, he grew a love for the genres of R&B and Hip-Hop. If you listen to some of Dustin's compositions like "My Own" and "Patiently," you can hear his innate ability to weave rhythms. Hill's vocal cadences are an obvious testament to his training/background.
Dustin has a new release titled: "No Delays."

"No Delays is the start of a new chapter in my life and was made with the idea of not wasting any more time in mind. Of course along the journey I have had plenty doubts and just as many ups and downs, but somehow I still fully believe that things will work in my favor if I keep the faith, this song has that same energy. I can only hope that when people listen, it gives them a push and a sense of inspiration that they can apply to any endeavor in their lives."
