Ingenuine is such a peaceful song, you forget he’s actually talking about something or someone not being authentic. Nolan Garrett’s latest single makes you put things into perspective about life, especially in the times that we are in.
Nothing is making sense to people anymore and that’s causing us to wake up from being dormant. The melodies are bound to put a spell of hypnosis over you, for example, the build up to the chorus. Each time, it feels like a roller coaster getting to the very top before the big drop and all the adrenaline is rushing through your body. That rush/thrilling element is something connecting with him and the audience. Mixing for the song was top tier, grasping the essence of his lyrics.
You’ll be hard pressed to find a song as aesthetically sound as this piece, very high quality. Nolan’s voice amplifies the mix on the vocals, creating a great listening experience. The instrumentation was put in perfect position throughout the record, every chord having its own purpose. Those very elements are what create quality content such as this.
