Here at SwanoDown, we listen to a ton of music on a DAILY basis. And during these days, of course, there are standout tracks. Below you'll find the 10 compositions we feel you should check out tonight, (or soon). We find these artists to be the most cutting-edge. And oh yeah, this is in no particular order... You decide!

Compositionally gifted artists like Johnny Cool, Gato Blanco, and Yoni Mayraz, are all featured today.

Johnny Cool provides us with fun, fluent horns, Boom Bap-esque drums, and of  course, a little East Side/West Side of Portland.

Hell yeah, this joint right here is smooth. Beautiful sampling, and some soul can go a long way. Kudda makes that clear.

Gato Blanco- Nós Voamos

The strings on this piece will grab ahold of you and provide eargasmic tones. This Bosa Nova styled track got us off our feet- with a quickness.

NT Beats- Colombia

Strings, strings, and more strings. You want to feel good before you walk out the house? Add some "swag" to your step? Put this joint on your headphones, or blast it on the bigs.

Damn. This joint is a vibe. From the feminine vocals throughout, to the reverbed keys,... lean back and think of tranquil times. 

 Alba Careta Group- Oceans

Fast paced, exciting, riveting... Those are just a few adjectives to describe this piece. Alba Careta's Trumpet slides fluently on "Oceans." Hm. What a fitting title.

Yoni Mayraz- Ram Don

Yes. What a professional sound. Felt like we were listening to this joint live. Put on my pinky ring, smooth sweater, and make my way to the function. The cymbals are put to work, and good work indeed. 

Kasperg- Doubt (Remix)

Perfect fist pumping music. Be prepared to grab a partner and jam for hours when this comes on. Literally, I can bump this for hours. 

Moonsum- Hurt

Mesmerizing keys, spacey melodies, and soft hitting percussion, this piece will put you in a pensive place. 

Sleepless- Frankly

This piece reminds me of Saturday afternoons with my grandmother, listening to Smooth-Jazz. Sleepless will provide you with feelings of elation, and brighter days.
