two For You: A SwanoDown Series (Ep6)

Melanie Giselle- Ghost of Yesterday

The opening bass line on this track just sets the mood for a airy, mysterious, jazzy night. Imagine the middle scene of a "classy" heist film. The rich, well dressed mastermind sits in a jazz club, methodically pondering his next move while Giselle and her band create a sound beautiful enough to enjoy, but just subtle enough to still sit in your own thoughts. That's how "Ghost of Yesterday" sounds. Check it out

J Kree- Believe

The cover is what first pulled me towards "Believe". There's a natural elegance that just jumps off the screen. There seems to be a genuine focus in the muse's eyes as well. Kree delivers a track that is hopeful, inspiring, and full of uplifting sentiments. His vocals stay at a steady pace, and beyond everything, he's believable. Give it a listen
